Medical Practice Review Committee (MPRC)

• Meets monthly on the second Thursday

• Comprised of physician members of the IPA appointed by the Board of Directors

• To monitor, recommend and to take action to improve quality of care and service for RMHP members in Mesa County
  

UMC/PRC

• Meets monthly on the first Thursday

• Comprised of physician members of the IPA appointed by the Board of Directors

• To modify and/or implement one or more plans in order to enhance and deliver high quality and cost effective care. This committee is comprised of physician members of the IPA appointed by the Board of Directors.

Medical Development Organization (MDO)

• Meets monthly on the fourth Tuesday

• Comprised of medical office personnel of the IPA appointed by the Chairperson

• To provide, promote, assist, support, enhance, and encourage the education of medical office staff

Executive Committee

• Meets every Tuesday of each month

• Comprised of the President, Vice President, Secretary/Treasurer and any other persons as selected by the Board of Directors.

• To act on behalf of the Board of Directors

Quality Oversight Committee

• Meets every other month on the third Thursday

• Comprised of 10 physician members of the IPA appointed by the Board of Directors

• To promote and deliver recommendations for quality clinical outcomes through information gathering, development and education

All Physicians Educational Meetings

• Meets monthly on the second Wednesday

• Comprised of physician chairperson of the IPA appointed by the Board of Directors

• Designed for the Physician to stay in tune with issues directly relating to health care delivery in Mesa County

Improvised Meetings

• Meet on an AdHoc basis

• Comprised of physician members of the IPA appointed by the Board of Directors

• Dependent on subject matter

• Examples: DSM, MSA, Healthcare Development Fund and Employer Coalition
