Medical Practice Review Committee (MPRC)

Meets monthly on the second Thursday
Comprised of physician members of the IPA appointed by the Board of Directors
To monitor, recommend and to take action to improve quality of care and service for RMHP members in Mesa County

Physician Reimbursement Committee (PRC)

Meets monthly on the fourth Thursday
Comprised of physician members of the IPA appointed by the Board of Directors
To review schedules and to make appropriate recommendations of fees and charges submitted by participating health care providers

Utilization Management Committee (UMC)

Meets quarterly on the first Thursday of every month
Comprised of physician members of the IPA appointed by the Board of Directors
To modify and/or implement one or more plans in order to enhance and deliver high quality and cost effective care

Medical Development Organization (MDO)

Meets monthly on the fourth Tuesday
Comprised of medical office personnel of the IPA appointed by the Chairperson
To provide, promote, assist, support, enhance, and encourage the education of medical office staff

Executive Committee

Meets every Tuesday of each month
Comprised of the President, Vice President, Secretary/Treasurer and any other persons as selected by the Board of Directors.
To act on behalf of the Board of Directors

Quality Oversight Committee

Meets every other month on the third Thursday
Comprised of 10 physician members of the IPA appointed by the Board of Directors
To promote and deliver recommendations for quality clinical outcomes through information gathering, development and education

Meets monthly on the second Wednesday
Comprised of physician chairperson of the IPA appointed by the Board of Directors
Designed for the Physician to stay in tune with issues directly relating to health care delivery in Mesa County
